Professor Bing Shi, is doctoral supervisor, and Associate Dean of the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Wuhan University of Technology. He is also recognized as a Hubei Chutian Scholar. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Nanjing University, and his Ph.D. from the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton, UK, where he subsequently conducted postdoctoral research. Dr. Shi's research focuses on artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems, and game theory. He has led four national-level research projects and four projects funded by the Ministry of Education. He has published over 60 papers (as first or corresponding author) in CCF-recommended journals and conferences, as well as in CAS Zone 1 journals. His research has been honored with the 2024 Hubei Provincial Association for Science and Technology Excellent Academic Paper Award and recognized as a 2025 Hubei Province Typical Application Scenario of Artificial Intelligence. The courses he teaches have been designated as first-class courses in Hubei Province and national online courses for engineering master's degree students. He has received two first prizes of the Hubei Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, the Outstanding Project Case Award of the Ministry of Education's University-Industry Collaborative Education Program, and the Huawei Outstanding Achievement Award under the same program. He has also mentored students to win numerous national and provincial-level awards in academic competitions.
